Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
